Anita Khemka is an Indian photographer known for her long-term engagement with communities often pushed to the margins of public visibility; her work reflects Highway Child’s commitment to partnering with local creatives and telling stories authentically.

Daylin Paul is a photographer, filmmaker, and writer from South Africa; at Highway Child, he has worked with us on projects focused on immunization and nutrition, bringing an insider’s perspective to stories often told from the outside and grounding them in justice, representation, and truth.

Ashley Gilbertson is an award-winning photojournalist known for documenting not just conflict, but its human aftermath. Best known for his work with The New York Times and VII Photo Agency, Ashley brings both fearlessness and empathy to his storytelling. At Highway Child, we’ve collaborated with him in Ukraine and Iraq—capturing stories that demand attention, accountability, and action.

Highway Child’s Lead Composer, Yassin Elnoshokaty, brings a global perspective shaped by his roots in Cairo and training at Berklee College of Music, blending cinematic storytelling with bold, genre-crossing sound.
